if you take a look of the back of the lcd module you will see, that there is another uC.
Like Marko said, maybe it is best that you send it to checkup.

it looks like you could be having a problem with swr, since the swr protection is kicking in constantly.
Check the cable and antenna.

you are using LCD module intended only for se5000. You should use LCD module for max pro2000 and for communication between two units i2c cable.
