Shipping
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Depending on the current workload it normally takes from 2 to 5 business days to ship your product.
However, these shipping times are contingent upon product availability and can be longer. For orders that include custom assembly, shipping is also contingent upon time required to prepare the unit.
All high power transmitters (Cyber Max FM 40/150/300W for example) normally require a week or two to prepare as they are assembled on request after you place an order.
In case the product needs to be ordered from our suppliers and cannot be shipped immediately it may take longer. It is advisable that you check the status of your order online from time to time and contact us, if the status does not change to "Shipped" after prolonged period.
If you require faster assembly and shipping please contact us and discuss with us whether it is realistic. Please feel free to check back on your Order Status page which will show updates as your order moves through our online order management system.
Your order will be in the "Preparing for shipping" status while we prepare the items to ship. It will than move into "Shipped" status when the package finally ships. The other order statuses are self explanatory: "Awaiting response from the customer", "Waiting for payment", "Processing payment" and "Order cancelled". If you feel the status is not appropriate for your order (for example if it says "Order cancelled" and it shouldn't be) please contact us and we will check your order.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A shipping tracking # will be included, if available. You can also email to our shipping department at any time and ask about it. Usually it takes a couple days for them to respond as they spend a lot of time in the field.
AIR MAIL is NOT TRACKABLE online and is NOT INSURABLE for many countries (USA is one of these)! We recommend that you either go for Fedex or GLS, where available. Also, it is recommended that you check with our distributers.
In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Weekend delivery is not available. We cannot ship to P.O./A.P.O/F.P.O Box addresses.
Shipping types
Federal express - Fedex
Once the product ships it typically takes from 2-5 days (add whatever it takes to clear the customs). Insured and fully trackable online. Recommended type of shipping.
GLS express - EU and some neighbouring countries only
Once the product ships it typically takes from 2-6 days. Trackable online. Insurance is limited to a maximum of 500 EURO. Recommended type of shipping.
Air mail
Once the product ships it typically takes from 5-60 days to be delivered. Please note that air mail is not trackable and for many countries it cannot be insured. While this shipment type worked well for many years with up to 2 weeks delivery tipe it has been exceptionally slow lately (even 2-3 months) and we strongly discourage everyone from using this shipping type. You take full responsibility for lost packages or extremely late deliveries using this shipment type!
Why is shipping so expensive?
We are based in Europe and if you're living overseas shipping may appear expensive to you. We are doing everything we can to keep this low, but it remains expensive for some destinations. It is recommended that you check with our distributers.

Once you have received confirmation of shipment, you may follow up on the status of your delivery at:

Customs and fees
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from pcs-electronics.com, you are considered the importer of the product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. It is up to you to ensure that the product complies with the laws of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Note that although all shipping costs are paid in full when we ship the package sometimes you need to pay the shipper some special extra fee at delivery. This differs widely from country to country and is not a problem inside EU, but may be a problem for some South American countries for example.

Our shippers deliver to anywhere in the world, but we cannot ship to P.O./A.P.O/F.P.O Box addresses.
Warranty
Within one (1) year of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective; please contact us via e-mail or our feedback form. Please DO NOT ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it if need be, and we will ship back to you a non-defective replacement product. Please note that this doesn't cover final RF transmitter stage as it can be damaged by using defective or poorly matched antenna. An exception is as well any mishandling or abuse by the customer.
If the product is defective, you will receive a replacement. If you choose to return the defective item, rather than replace it, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The return of the product is at your expense. We believe that this is a fair policy because lower overhead results in lower prices for all of our customers.
Order cancellation
If within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, you decide you no longer want the product, please contact us immediately via e-mail or our feedback form. Please DO NOT ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. We will charge a 20% restocking fee and your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The return of the product is at your expense. We believe that this is a fair policy because lower overhead results in lower prices for all of our customers.
What if the package is damaged?
If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us or the carrier within two days of receiving the product. Please note that it is not possible to insure and track air mail packages to some countries and we take no responsibility for damaged air mail packages to such countries. Express shipping costs only a few euros more, please consider express shipping!
Exchange for another product
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you received, and wish to exchange one for another, you must notify Customer Service within 30 days after you receive your shipment .
Return Shipping
Shipping charges for return product(s) to pcs-electronics.com are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you always ship the product(s) with a shipper that can be tracked. Pcs-electronics.com cannot be held responsible for lost products unless there is a signature proof of delivery.
Shipment Refusal
If your shipment arrives at the "ship to" destination and is refused, we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery attempt will be made. If we cannot reach you within one week, your order will be cancelled. Restocking fee will be charged and shipping will not be refunded.
Products not shipped after a long time
If your order does not ship for excessive amount of time please check with us what the problem might be. If you at some point decide you no longer want the product, please let us know immediately so that we can cancel your order and not ship it. If your order ships before you cancel it order cancellation rules apply (restocking fee).
Wrong item or quantity shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your account.
If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify Customer Service and return the additional quantity. Please notify us within 7 days or you will be billed for the additional quantity, even if you didn't order it.
