Some tips for a better and faster answer!
- Include your order number and what you have ordered, where applicable
- When replying to our emails, always include original email.
- Ask clear precise questions, preferably numbered.
- If you can speak English, please ask in English. This way you get a faster answer and a much more elaborate answer.
- Finally make sure you provide a valid e-mail address. Stop using bad spam filters or whitelist us, if you want to get our answers. We typically get 1-2 questions daily with mis-typed e-mail or spam-filter blocked email and are thus unable to respond to your questions.
