"A new way of broadcasting" is an apt description of
the BCS broadcast console series of DATEQ. Modular construction, a proven reliability,
easy to operate design and exceptional sound quality are some of the points why
many local, commercial and nationwide radiostations all over the world already
have CAD-based R&D Quality control choosen DATEQ consoles for their daily
use in production studios and on the air.
The layout of the board, accessibility of controls and general ease-of-use
have become necessary features alongside the sound quality and reliability of
the equipment.
DATEQ has been designing broadcast equipment for years and are known for their
easy and practical to use products. Each DATEQ design is based on individual
wishes and demands of professional end users regarding reliability, flexibility
and durability. This resulted in a compact, modular and highly versatile mixing
console: the BCS25! It feels right at home in a radio studio, an OB van and
on locations, but also in an audio and video postproduction studio or the main
control room of a TV station. This very comprehensive mixing console lets you

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR A SMALL RADIO STATION?
We recommend at least package B. This gives you phone call-in capability, 2
microphone inputs and more than enough audio inputs to get you started. If your
budged allows, also look at package C which offers additional comfort, such
as on-air indicator light, more inputs etc. Please note that you can buy new
modules later and upgrade the console/mixer as your station grows.
NOTE
It is a good idea to use PC as audio source and run some kind of audio
scheduling software, such as SAM or Jazler.
