300W FM pallet amplifier
This 300W pallet amplifer is an integrated building block which only requires power and input and output rf connections. A low loss wilkinson input splitter and output combiner puts together two push-pull transistor pairs, guaranteeing good overall circuit performance at an attractive price.
The innovative RF design maximizes RF efficiency which in turn lessens the load on the power supply and also means less heat. This allows more compact amplifiers and transmitters to be built than previously.
The amplifier employs a novel clamp technique to secure the transistors to the gold plated printed circuit board. In the unlikely event of a transistor failure the device can be replaced in-field with nothing more than a screwdriver. Unlike competitors products that require you to unsolder critical RF components that are mounted close or on the mosfet device, something that will affect the RF performance when they are not placed back exactly in the same position.
The amplifier also uses PCB transformer technology for repeatable and consistent performance from unit to unit. As you can see from the photo of the unit there is a minimal number of components on this amplifier. This translates to increased reliability and repeatable performance.
This module is for system integrators who will attach the pallet to their own cooling system (heatsink and fan) and incorporate their own low pass filter. Customers who require built in low pass filter and 1 watt input drive capability should look at one of our amplifier modules we sell, which also has a heatsink and fan assembly attached.

Also do not forget that a small attenuator (1-3dB) is actually recommended as it ensures proper load to the driver in all conditions and increases stability of the entire system. Such attenuators are typically used in professional gear.

sufficient experience please consider a finished product instead. They can be
burned by applying too much drive power, too high supply voltage, not using
proper heatsink, using filter with unsufficient specifications, connecting
